Why should I choose Time & Chime instead of my local jeweler?

Your local jeweler will most likely be someone who fixes Watches and Clocks as a side business.  A local jeweler is limited in experience and will not have over 40+ years of experience fixing ALL KINDS of watches.

A local jeweler will almost ALWAYS overcharge you.  More often than not, they do not have a designated watchmaker in store, and they need to send out your timepiece elsewhere to get fixed.  This creates a higher margin of cost on your watch or clock.

Time & Chime does not ship nor hires any other professionals.  We do it all in-house and will always save you up to 50% as compared to your local jeweler.

How long will my repair take?

Most repairs can be completed 1-4 weeks, though simple repairs can be completed more quickly. The time to repair a watch or clock can vary greatly depending on the complexity of repair and the availability of parts. We will provide an estimate of completion date when we evaluate your watch or clock.  However, because of our many years of experience, we are usually faster than other services and local jewelry stores.
