Yes! We provide a one year warranty for every movement service provided. During the covered period, we will repair or replace damaged parts. Time & Chime DOES NOT cover parts we did not service, basic service on quartz watches, collision and water damage, nor defects and damages due to normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover moisture damage if the timepiece is a non-water-resistant model. The warranty is considered void if there is evidence of misuse, abuse or negligence resulting in damage, including unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
